Quest 2016 Year in Review

In 2016, our corporate focus was on growth and expansion—bringing efficient, sustainable operations services to more industry partners than ever before. As we welcomed new clients and verticals to the Quest family, we used our core values of client satisfaction, leadership, teamwork and success, to weave new lines of business into the fabric of Quest. Take a look at our year in review:

Client Satisfaction

We provided timely and courteous customer service, answering 99% of calls within 10 seconds and maintaining our 96% Client Satisfaction Score. We safely managed 1.4 million tons material and provided 2 million services for our clients. Additionally, we successfully developed and rolled out programs for new national clients with complex waste streams.

Leadership

We brought new talent to our team of Questers, including Chief Executive Officer S. Ray Hatch and Chief Operations Officer David Sweitzer. Both executives brought decades of sustainability industry and operations experience and leadership to Quest. We also recognized the leadership skills within our team by promoting nine Questers to new roles.

Teamwork

We partnered with our clients as an extension of their teams. We worked with one of the nation’s largest airlines to create a new solution for recycling ice removed from in-flight beverage services to meet the unique challenges faced by providing services at an airport hub. Additionally, we partnered with service organizations in within our community and supported Children’s Medical Center, Frisco Family Services Food Pantry, The Colony School Supply Drive, Operation Kindness Animal Shelter and Veterans Affairs of North Texas.

Success

We expanded our offerings to include sustainability services for two new client verticals: manufacturing and construction. We developed sustainability programs specifically designed to manage the complex waste streams of the manufacturing and construction industries. Our drive toward profitable growth and our status as an industry leader was recognized in the Dallas Business JournalInbound Logistics and The Huffington Post.
